Refund policy
At Vector Grain Co., we take pride in every handcrafted cutting board that leaves our shop. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vectorgrainco.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the item is deemed to be defected or incorrect, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@vectorgrainco.com.
Knives, Cleavers & Knife Sets
Our knives and cleavers are carefully curated from trusted wholesale suppliers to pair with our handcrafted cutting boards. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging only.
As these products are sourced from third-party suppliers, Vector Grain Co. does not offer a manufacturer's warranty on knives or cleavers. Items that arrive damaged during shipping will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at support@vectorgrainco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. So that we may carefully evaluate the situation and find the best resolution for you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, oiled, or show signs of wear
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to improper care or maintenance
Handcrafted Dimensional Tolerance Due to the handcrafted nature of our cutting boards, all dimensions are approximate. Boards may vary plus or minus ¼ inch (± 0.25") from advertised measurements. This natural variation is inherent to handcrafted wood products and is not considered a defect or grounds for return.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
